Von is a welcoming host who constantly goes above and beyond to make her visitors feel at home. She spends more than 25 years in the financial sector before transitioning to the role of a private investor. She has always been passionate about properties, food, wine and dining, traveling, and hosting parties. During her free time, she is a regular jogger who likes to jog along East Coast Park near her apartment and located at Mandarin Gardens. Furthermore, she has registered herself for a befriender program to connect with senior people who are lonely or live alone. She makes it a point to stop and see how they are doing frequently.
Overview of the house
The apartment is on level 19 in a very well-maintained condominium development that measures 1600 square feet.
It comes with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a backyard. Furthermore, the layout of this house is very well appointed and the interior has been completely renovated with luxury furnishings.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, a private balcony, and an unobstructed city view, and it has its private door access that goes to the elevator lobby. While the other two bedrooms (each roughly 200 square feet) have an adjoining bathroom.
Everyone else’s dream:
The apartment comes with a million-dollar unimpeded sea view that faces the ocean and it has an unobstructed city view overlooking the Marina Bay Sands. You can take in the sight of all the different ocean liners and ships as you watch the sea hues and colors change throughout the day.
There is never a moment of boredom gazing out at the sea with the sea winds lapping on your face. Fully decked in designer layout and materials allow the guests to truly call this place their home.
Plus points:
Content creators are allowed to use the kitchen at any time during the filming, including to prepare a meal in between takes. Some of the other content creators that have been here for location filming even called Deliveroo/ Grab food/ Food Panda for a quick lunch or dinner delivered. There will always be free-flowing coffee, tea, various cold beverages, and nibbles provided for the content creators.
The apartment is not cluttered which makes filming easier and overnight shoot is fine. For the crew members, there is a loading and unloading bay in front of the lobby with ample parking space inside her condo development which makes transferring of equipment more convenient.

The apartment is very near to malls (Parkway Parade and i12 Katong), schools, and many hip eateries and chill-out joints along the very eclectic and exciting Joo Chiat / Katong area. Furthermore, It is a 1-minute walk to the beach via an underpass right outside her condo development. Lastly, the bus stop is situated near the apartment with many bus services that go to Orchard and Central Business District (CBD).
